Product descriptions, images and availability may change. Substitutions or adjustments will only be made according to the options presented or after contacting you when necessary.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed after QuickBox validates the details, availability, payment method and delivery address.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges, discounts and the final payable total are displayed during checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and can change due to address, availability, weather, holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are assessed under the QuickBox Returns & Refunds policy and may depend on the product type, condition and reported issue.
7. Website content and liability
QuickBox content and branding may not be copied or misused. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly connected to the relevant order or service.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
